Chris Beighley

Chris is the brother of fellow carver, Dave Beighley. Although both men were inspired and taught to carve by their father, "The Old Guy" David H Beighley, their styles vary dramatically. Chris carved his first fish back in 1973. He laments back to when he began carving saying he used to cut fins out of anything he could get his hands on. At first his decoys were simple and basic. Now over the years, Chris' decoys have grown to elaborate pieces of art. His iconic "Psycho" line of fish are highly sought after. With wild designs and technical paint schemes they are a sight to see.
